Private 1:1
Private sessions gives you 1:1 attention from your instructor.
Be guided through a session designed with your body’s unique requirements in mind. Get feedback and adjustments to ensure you are moving in the most efficient, optimal way. This is recommended for those with more complex problems or those that simply want some time for themselves
Mat based or In a fully equipped studio

Mat Pilates
Signature, slower paced, stretchy classes involve light strengthening exercises, with an emphasis on aligning, mobilising and fine tuning your technique. Either as your main exercise, as recovery or to support other strength building activities. The level of this can be adjusted for the audience.
Mat classes can be ran as a group class or for Private lessons

Small groups
Class with up to 4 others. Each person is given their own individually tailored exercises.
You will need to complete an initial assessment before joining. In some instances we may recommend several private lessons prior. This is based on individual assessment.

Your Personality
We can talk the whole time or you can switch off, say nothing and be guided through a meditative movement session
Perhaps you just want simple, feel good exercise, where we just move for the joy of it in a more general way, Or we can work with a more detailed, technical emphasis

Suggestions/referrals to other modalities/practitioners can be made (eg, Physio, nutrition tcm, hypnotherapy) to support your broader needs outside of Pilates

Your sessions are designed around your purpose for coming. Whether it be improving an aspect of your sporting technique or correcting postural imbalances, weight loss, toning, reducing tension in your muscles, stress relief, managing conditions recovery from injuries or later stage post surgery.
Fine tune your body mechanics, improve mobility, correct movement pattern dysfunction. This sets the foundation for strength building.
