Private sessions gives you 1:1 attention from your instructor.
Be guided through a session designed with your body’s unique requirements in mind. Get feedback and adjustments to ensure you are moving in the most efficient, optimal way.
This is recommended for thoes with more complex problems or those that simply want some time for themselves

Small Groups 1:3
After your initial consultation, you have the option to join a small group class. You’ll be doing your own individual exercises in a class with up to 3 other people.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates classes classes are designed to gently strengthen and mobilise without the need for equipment other than a mat and maybe a few small props.
